Mini Mall Storage - Cranbrook

I was able to do everything online, including getting my access code for the gate. I rent vehicle storage & have things in it, It's been a month and I've had no issues. had a very friendly lady call me to make sure I got my access code. The price is right. It's a clean facility. I feel bad for the customers that had locks cut etc. However, being aware of your surroundings as you leave, waiting for the gate to close of course, always helps to ensure the facility stays secure. I too have had to learn the hard way, losing everything I owned, due to theft at a storage facility. I also had to accept that these places do what they can to ensure the safety of our belongings with cameras and locked gates and don't have control over the odd As***** that feels the need to break in to these places to steal stuff. I don't think it's fair to put the blame on the facility or the people who run them.

So far I'm very satisfied with the Cranbrook Mini Mall Storage. The 2 ladies I spoke with were very nice and very helpful and the process to rent a unit was very easy. And it's a great price

Clean, easy access, cameras. Rental was user friendly. manager is usually always on site and acknowledges us when we come to our locker.
