I'm not very happy with these people. 3 years ago was paying 110 dollars for a 10 by 10 storage room, the last two years' price increased 3 times.. now I pay 270 a month. Even if you pay half of the monthly rent, they still charge late fees. After catching up with rent I still owe them another 100 dollars in late fees. I will not recommend them to anyone.....

Excellent service ,the lady who was in the office came outsi to greet us when we must have looked lost. She took the time to ask us questions. I wish that she had storage for our needs . The location did not have anything for the size we needed. Once we are in our new home we will most definitely be storing with Mini Mall.The office staff is very extremely friendly and helpful. Even helped us with names of a few movers.

The on-site manager is fantastic....the offsite management is the worst! Horrible experience so far.

Moving a longer distance and without a final place to live, I checked out different storage facilities in Cranbrook. Mini Mall had a great offer so signed up and after a couple of hiccups, got the deal which was one month free ! Awesome place, clean and fabulous people !!

I got a storage unit over the phone. The guy I spoke with had all my questions answered. The process was streamlined and fast. Great job.
